You've outgrown your own blueprint

Coaching for creative women navigating career pivots, life transitions, and the uncomfortable space in between

It's not that you don't know how to work hard.

It's that you're no longer sure what you're working toward.

I'm Andrea. And I help creative women turn that feeling into a direction.

I'm Andrea. Designer, professor, coach, and mother, and someone who knows firsthand that life has a way of quietly rewriting everything you thought you wanted.

For me it was becoming a parent. For others it's a career that no longer fits, a role they've outgrown, or simply a feeling they can't shake that something needs to change. The trigger is different for everyone. But the experience of standing at that threshold, capable, accomplished, and suddenly uncertain,  that part is universal.

Working through my own version of that is what eventually led me to embracing my own creativity through writing and illustration. Now I help other creative women do the same thing. Find their footing. Reclaim their ambition. And design what comes next.
